EARTH DAY IN ROSNIČKA KINDERGARTEN
Crafty and creative Earth Day event happened at Rosnička Kindergarten.
WORKSHOP: "I'LL TELL YOU WHAT I LIVE FOR"
On Tuesday, April 4, 2023, we continued the EduMo program (Moldavské mosty možností - Moldava Bridges of Possibilities), this time with a workshop designated for teachers teaching the Slovak language in schools with Hungarian as the first language of instruction.
LECTURE ON PREVENTION
Since the hepatitis A epidemic hit the town of Moldava nad Bodvou three weeks ago and affected also the families of some students of the Primary School ČSA 15, with Hungarian as the language of education, two employees of the Regional Public Health Authority, Košice, (RÚVZ), gave lectures to students about this disease. They informed the students about the symptoms of the disease, the length of the incubation period, how to avoid the disease, and the forms of protection and prevention.
WORKSHOP - DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE THINKING IN CHILDREN
Those who took part in the interactive workshop on March 30, 2023, with the lecturer Františka Fehérová, director of the Art School, certainly did not regret it.
MARCH - NATIONAL READING MONTH, A MONTH OF BOOKS
Books accompany us throughout our lives. They are the gateway to the world of knowledge. This time we visited pupils from the Primary School Drienovec.
DISTRICT ROUND OF THE COMPETITION - "GET TO KNOW THE SLOVAK LANGUAGE"
On March 30, 2023 (Thursday), the Multifunctional Center for Children and Youth, in cooperation with the Bl. Sára Salkaházi United Catholic School organized the district round of the "Get to Know the Slovak Language" competition, which was attended by students from four schools, with the Hungarian language as the language of education, from the Košice I district, Košice- surroundings and Rožňava.
ROMANI LANGUAGE COURSE COMPLETION
Registered participants from the ranks of teaching staff, professional staff, pedagogical assistants, and social workers from educational institutions from Moldava nad Bodvou and the surroundings were acquiring the basics of the Romani language during February and March. During their work, they meet with children and their legal representatives every day, and they often encounter a language barrier.
GOLDEN FISH
On March 28, 2023, we welcomed the Portál Theatre to the premises of the City Library. The actors of the theatre prepared a wonderful play "Zlatá rybka - Golden Fish" for children and parents.
