On Monday, February 13, 2023 our seniors were pleased by tiny „Blueberries“ from the children folk group ČUČORIEDKY led by Ms. Eva Tothova with folk program "Na koníkov".

Everybody deserves the second chance; people, animals, and also things.Sometimes the most useless thing we have at home means the whole world for abandoned animals in shelters. Warm pen, rugs, food that makes animals satiated.
2nd MEETING OF THE MUNICIPAL YOUTH PARLIAMENT
On Thursday, 2nd February 2023, our Youth Parliament members gathered for their 2nd meeting in the Great Hall of the Municipal Cultural Centre.
WE ARE STARTING A ROMANI LANGUAGE COURSE
25 registered participants including teaching staff, professional staff, auxiliary educators and social workers from educational institutions from Moldava nad Bodvou and the surrounding area decided to learn the Romani language. During their work, they meet children and their legal representatives with whom they often experience a language barrier on a daily basis.
PREVENTIVE LECTURE ON HAND HYGIENE
In January, we continued our cooperation with BAFF SA o.z. in a series of preventive lectures focused on hand hygiene and taking care of our health, as the topic of proper hand hygiene is always relevant and important in today's era of threats from viruses.
WINTER CREATIVE WORKSHOPS
Every year we expect Lady Winter to tear apart her fluffy duvet, so that the whole country can immerse itself into white silence. So far, we have been waiting in vain, Winter Lady must have forgotten about us.
RESULTS OF THE ART COMPETITION "The world through the eyes of children"
In December, the Multifunctional Centre for Children and Youth organized an art competition for children from kindergarten, primary, secondary, special schools and an eight-year secondary grammar school with the theme "The world through the eyes of children" at the occasion of the International Day of Tolerance.
RE-TEACHING OF CHILDREN
Multifunctional center for children and youth, in cooperation with civil association BAFF SA o.z., initiated the re-teaching of children in small groups in sake of helping the children overcome the obstacles at the way towards better school performance, so as education can represent their path towards success.
PERFORMANCE OF MUSICAL BAND SAVORENGE
Musical band Savorenge at the elementary school with Hungarian teaching language at Moldava nad Bodvou, led by Erika Vitéz Király and Otto Horváth, stood on the stage with their Christmas program after more than three years as a guest of the Advent concert of the Elementary School of Arts.
