On the second day of the sports and hiking camp, we went to the village of Budimír near Košice that prides itself in having one of the oldest manor houses in Slovakia, as it was built in the 15th century.

Get to know your region was the motto of this year´s sports and hiking camp of the Multifunctional Centre for Children and Youth in Moldava nad Bodvou, which, among other things, included a varied program full of sport, hiking and educational activities and exhibitions. Parents could choose from 4 one-day trips depending on their children´s preference.

Summer School – Creative workshop – Tie-dyeing

As part of the Summer School activities in August, we planned a creative workshop for children in cooperation with the Community Centre workers - tie-dyeing, where unique patterns are created by folding, tying or knotting fabric.

Digital tools of a smart teacher

In cooperation with the Regional Teacher Support Center Košice and Košice – vicinity, we prepared further education program for pedagogues in June, now focused on education digital solutions.

On July 10, 2023 together with children we visited the ZOO in Košice in cooperation with the Community Center staff. We had opportunity to see many bird and beast species, suricatas, African animals and also other animal species, for example snakes and similar reptiles.

Summer childcare with BAFF SA

The Multifunctional Center for Childen and Youth and the civil association BAFF SA o.z. organized the „Summer Childcare BAFF SA“ during July 06 – 07, 2023 in cooperation with the childcare Százszorszép Óvoda.
