WORKSHOP: "I'LL TELL YOU WHAT I LIVE FOR"

The lecturer was Katarína Pivníková - a teacher with long-time experience in Hungarian-language schools, who currently teaches at the RKC M. Tompa United School in Rimavská Sobota, and guides pupils from the 5th grade to high school graduates.

At the training, she focuses on the possibilities of effective development of the communication skills of students of Hungarian nationality by sharing her experience of good practice among teachers of other schools.

At the meeting, we discussed the possibility of communication through the topic of global education. Many were also interested in the practical demonstration of artificial intelligence in conversation classes. Last but not least, we also tried specific activities from the lessons and discussed setting appropriate challenges for the students.

We thank Katarína Pivníková for enriching us with new inspirations and many topics on how to work with students in Slovak language classes with an emphasis on communication, non-violently connected with grammar.

We are pleased with the participation of educators from Moldava nad Bodvou and the surrounding area, but also from Košice.
