Summer school with Community Center
On July 10, 2023 together with children we visited the ZOO in Košice in cooperation with the Community Center staff. We had opportunity to see many bird and beast species, suricatas, African animals and also other animal species, for example snakes and similar reptiles.
Then we moved towards the gigantic species that lived on the Earth 235 million years ago during the middle Trias. We could learn about dinosaurs, how they were born, what they ate, about their size compared to human beings, and about those ones that could be able to eat a human and those who were herbivorous dinosaurs. We had opportunity to listen to the noises of the biggest animals in the history of Earth, e.g. Tyrannosaurus Rex. The children could watch a nice 3D fairytale and dino-hurricane.
We jointly spent a wonderful sunny day full of experiences and adventures that moved us back in time to the prehistoric times.
