TRAFFIC DAY
The prevention of child accidents in the broadest sense is of great importance. Basic knowledge, skills and habits aimed at safe behavior in various traffic situations are acquired by children as early as preschool, and that is why on Friday, April 29th, 2022, the TRAFFIC DAY took place at the Preschool Veselá zebra.
It was attended by four-member children's teams with teachers from six Preschools. The invitation was accepted by members of the City Police in Moldava nad Bodvou and members of the District Directorate of the Košice-okolie Police Force Pavol Czeranko and Gabriel Gáll, as well as by the head of the education department in Moldava nad Bodvou. The children performed their tasks, listened carefully to the members of the Police department, and actively participated in the conversation. They were rewarded with a diploma and material prizes for their efforts.
By the direct participation on this event, they expanded their knowledge of road traffic rules, learned to better perceive the traffic around them and make the right and responsible decisions when dealing with traffic situations.
